All branch services resumed.
Update on 4 December 2020:
Sterilization and disinfection procedures has been completed successfully at Mongkok branch. The mangament office of the building has also completed disinfection procedures on the public area.
3 December 2020:
Since one of our colleague (asymptomatic) works at Mongkok branch is very likely to be a close contact of a COVID-19 confirmed case. To make sure our colleagues, customers and our community stay safe & healthy, BBC has decided to suspend the Mongkok branchs service at on 4 Dec (Friday) and has been arranged for sterilization and disinfection. Moreover, we have also arranged other colleagues who has contacted with the colleague for COVID-19 test, therefore, the Tsim Shi Tsui Branch would also be suspended.
*BBC is using a centralized phone system, phone services would NOT be affected by branch(es) suspension.
The branch service at Sheung Wan, Causeway Bay & Kwun Tong remains normal.
Office hours: 9:30am–5:30pm (Lunch Break: 1:00pm–2:00pm)
