The Hong Kong Observatory announced the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal since 8 September 2023 at 11PM.
There is seriously flooded roads in many areas and suspension of public transports.
For the safety of all customers and colleagues, BBC has decided to suspend the services of all branches until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
